Some parents that decide to take the responsibility to give birth to the child without medical assistance decide to give birth at home. And the number of such parents increases day by day. In many countries of the world delivery at home is natural and legal and obstetrician is always ready to organize everything for it if the woman and the future child don't have any problems with health. But there are also a lot of countries where delivery at home is illegal and where doctors are against it.

But the choice to give birth to children at home is logical only after serious education of parents. It can be got in some medical centres where special courses are held. They teach the methods of organism cleaning and special gymnastics for pregnant women, correct meals, help to solve psychological problems and give the detailed lectures on the process of birth and the future babies.

But besides medical details during delivery the atmosphere at home is very important. And more the atmosphere is relaxed, more relaxed the woman feels. Silence, the possibility to take any postures and to give any sounds is favourable for good and easy delivery. Besides, the woman should not have the sensation that someone watches her during such responsible process. And it is difficult to imagine such conditions in the hospital while at home such conditions are natural and woman feels relaxed and prepared for one of the most important moments in her life. The main thing is that the father of the future baby was with her.
